Giveaway Terms

1. Promoter

The promoter is: Brickpit.io

2. Eligibility
  • Open to residents of [the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the EU, Australia, and New Zealand] aged 18 or over.
  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  • Employees of Brickpit and their immediate family members are not eligible.
  • Brickpit reserves the right to ask for an alternative delivery address for the giveaway prize if shipping costs, customs issues, or local restrictions make it unreasonably difficult or expensive to fulfil. In such cases, an alternative prize or arrangement may be offered.
3. How to Enter
  • Non-members: One (1) entry per giveaway, gained by signing up for a Brickpit account with a valid email address via the sign up form.
  • Members: Five (5) entries per giveaway, gained by both signing up for a Brickpit account with a valid email address AND completing all required fields on their member profile.
  • Duplicate entries or automated entries will be disqualified.
4. Giveaway Period
  • Each giveaway will run for a defined period stated on the Brickpit website and/or email communications.
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
5. Prize
  • The prize is the Lego set shown and described in the giveaway listing.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • Brickpit reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
  • Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using a secure method.
  • The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the giveaway closing.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
7. Delivery
  • The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner’s address.
  • Brickpit is not responsible for delays or damages during shipping.
8. Data Protection and Publicity
  • By entering, you agree that Brickpit may contact you with updates about the giveaway, related offers and other community news and updates.
  • Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Winners may be asked (but are not required) to provide a photo for promotional use.
9. General
  • Brickpit reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions where necessary.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the LEGO Group.
